How booking works
Advances, cancelling, refunds and what happens if a turf cancels.
Booking a slot
Pick a turf, a day and one to four back-to-back hours. You then have 10 minutes to pay the advance; the hours are kept for you meanwhile and nobody else can take them.
The advance is a share of the total that each turf sets (it's shown before you pay). You pay the rest at the turf, in cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card. A ৳20 Maath booking fee is included in the advance.
Once the advance is paid you get a booking code by SMS. Show it or say it at the counter.
Cancelling
You can cancel for free up to a cut-off that each turf sets, shown on the turf's page (for example, 6 hours before kick-off). Cancel from My bookings; everything you paid online is refunded, including the booking fee.
Some turfs also let you cancel after the cut-off: you then get part of your advance back, and the turf keeps the rest. You see exactly how much before you confirm, and the ৳20 booking fee isn't refunded in that case.
Otherwise, after the cut-off, or if you paid part of it at the turf, the booking can only be changed by the turf: please call them.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or card account you paid with. We start them straight away; you get an SMS when we do.
If your payment arrives after your 10 minutes ran out and someone else has taken the time, the whole payment is refunded automatically.
If the turf cancels
Rain, floodlights or a pitch problem sometimes force a turf to cancel. You get an SMS and a full refund of everything paid online. Money you paid at the counter is handed back by the turf.
Reviews
Only players who booked and played can rate a turf, so every rating comes from a real game. The morning after your game we may text you a link to rate it; it takes ten seconds and needs no sign-in.
